Description of valve: 

  • Subsea bi-directional floating ball valve with soft seating
  • Bolted "Wafer style" -body for sandwich-, manifold- or flange configuration
  • Operation pressure PN 345bar
  • Nominal bore diameter DN 46
  • Singel stem, optional dual allowing two-sided ROV operation
  • Modular operator interface with choice of: ROV -lever, -paddle, or bucket according to ISO 13628-8. Actuator interface according to ISO 5211. Customized designs are welcome
  • Option with ROV visual position indicator
  • Qualified according to ISO 10423, PR1 through DNV-GL
  • ISO 10423 Product Specificataion Level (PSL) 1 to 3

 

Main seal design: 

  • Body / Lid - elastomer
  • Body / Flange - elastomer or metallic RTJ, BX or SBX
  • Body / Stem - PTFE-ring activated by O-ring

  • Subsea bi-directional floating ball valve with soft or hard seating
  • Studded body, interfacing ISO 13628-4 / ISO 10423 -6BX flange
  • Operation pressure PN 345 to 690 bar
  • Nominal bore diameter DN 46
  • Singel stem, optional dual allowing two-sided ROV operation
  • Modular operator interface with choice of: ROV bucket according to ISO 13628-8. Actuator interface according to ISO 5211. Customized designs are welcome
  • Optional visual position indicator for ROV
  • Pending qualification test according to ISO 10423, PR2
  • Pending Hyperbaric test according to ISO 13628-4, 345bar external pressure
  • Design against HISC, using recommended practice DNVGL-RP-F112
  • ISO 10423 Product Specification Level (PSL) 1 to 4
